Racer Appreciation Night

After having a week off RJo was looking forward to being back behind the wheel and looking to finish the season off strong. She drew a 75 at check in so that put her starting last in heat one.

For heat one dad decided to try a new setup to see if we could find some speed. The kart was decent but not the finish we were hoping for as she would finish 3rd. The top three cars were all right there together and no one really pulled away from any one.

In between heat while making a slight change in gears for heat two we found we had a bent rear axle. It wasn’t bad so we were just going to see how the night went and hope for the best. RJo started on the pole and made the best of it leading every lap coming away with the heat race win.

For the main she would start 3rd and had a good kart but track was one lane and just didn’t have enough to get around 2nd and would finish the main in 3rd.

Please keep prayers coming for one of our biggest supporters and she is not doing good at this time.

Thanks again to all our family, friends, fans, and sponsors who support us each and every week. We will get the kart fixed and come back out next week to give it our all and go for win number 4 on the season.

If y’all are out and about go by and see our amazing partners and tell them you saw their name on RJo’s kart and thank them for supporting local racing.
