First off hats off the the crew at Silver Dollar Speedway tonight was amazing and if you were not there you missed out. After not knowing for much of the day what Mother Nature had in-store for us tonight it was great Racing all night long.
Drew an 87 which put us starting 4th in heat one. Got a great start and took the lead on lap 1 and never looked back leading the whole race to come away with the heat race win.
Crew made a couple small changes and started on the pole for heat 2. Got another good start and lead all the way up to coming to the white flag where the kart got out from under RJo and she spun. Started at the back and drove it up to 3rd to finish heat 2.
During intermission Berkley, Kallan, and RJo walked through the stands and pits collecting money for Paul Dunn who was injured in an accident at the track two weeks ago. They were able to collect with Silver Dollar Speedway’s help $1,010 to help him with his medical expenses. Paul we are glad you were back and the track tonight and doing better.
Before the main the crew made another small adjustment as we would start outside pole. After a great battle with Berkley Reese #16, RJo would come home with her first A Main event win of the season!!! Congrats to all the drivers it was a great night of racing.
