After being off last week for the 4th of July we got back to racing at Amarillo's Silver Dollar Speedway and man it was a fun night.
Dad checked me and and drew a 32 which put me on the pole for heat one. At the start I fell back to second having a fun race with one of my best friends Berkley Reese #16. We would catch a lap car and I would sneak back by her getting the heat race win.
Heat two I would start second row inside and make my way to second trying to run down Berkley when she hit a slick spot and spun. After the caution I never looked back winning the second heat.
For the main I would start pole and fall back to second where I ran the whole race. Congrats the Berkley on the main event win it sure is fun racing with you. Also congrats to Trinity on finishing third in your first race!!! So cool to have an all girls podium tonight.
