Friday night at Amarillo's Silver Dollar Speedway was off the a good start. Started outside front row of heat one and got to the lead and had a fast kart until a pin broke and the right side nerf bar fell off causing a caution and sending us off the track.
Heat two didn’t make the right changes to keep up with the track finished 5th.
In the main started inside row 2 and would come home 4th.
Hot lapped afterwards and think we found a decent gear to start in. This season has been full of struggles in Amarillo but think we are heading in the right direction.
Went to Slaton Speedway Saturday and it was another rough night but ended on a decent note.
Started pole of heat one and got pinched down into the tires twice ended up 2nd.
Heat two started last and went to pass on the topside and everyone drifted up the track got into the outside berm almost stopping me but kept going was running everyone down but didn’t have the laps and finished last.
Started outside pole of the main and had a couple battles for the lead but would end up coming home second in the main.
